Bespoke designs
Ever dreamed of that perfect-fitting dress, skirt or shirt that's tailored just for you? Have you spotted something whilst out and about that would be perfect for you but with your own personal touch? Or are you struggling to find something that matches your unique style and your body?
Bespoke designs can include made-to-measure pieces, as well as up-cycling one of your existing garments into something new — for example, transforming a skirt into a top or a dress into a skirt. The timeline below is a general guide; more complex designs may require additional fittings and a longer production time.

Steps
Consultation
We begin with a consultation to discuss your vision in detail, allowing me to fully understand what you would like to have created. During this appointment, I will take your measurements and guide you through fabric selections, design options, and the anticipated timeline. Following this step, I will confirm the final price and ensure you are happy to proceed
Design and fabric sourcing
I will create your design and source all the fabrics and trims needed. I always try to source deadstock fabric and trims. I will make the pattern and then sew a toile in a fabric similar to the final fabric.
Fitting
1st fitting: The toile is fitted on you to refine the silhouette, ensure the fit is precise, and make any necessary design adjustments.
2nd fitting: The garment is fitted again in the final fabric to perfect the details and overall finish. Minor refinements may still be made at this stage to achieve the best possible result.
Completion
Your finished bespoke piece is completed and presented to you.
Alterations
Do you have a garment that no longer serves its original purpose, but feels too special to part with? Or perhaps a sentimental family piece you’d love to reimagine for modern wear? Our alterations service allows you to preserve and transform beloved clothing, giving it new life so it can be cherished for years to come.
To receive a quote, please email images of your garments along with details of the alterations you’d like to make. Alternatively, you may book a consultation where we will fit your items together; following the fitting, we will provide a clear breakdown of alteration costs. You can then decide which pieces you’d like to proceed with.
Fittings and consultations are charged at £28 per hour and are billed only for the time required.
Repairs
Have you experienced the frustration of ruining a garment with an unfortunate rip or a tear and thinking it can't be fixed? Our repair service is designed to rescue those garments you thought were beyond repair and give them and you a new lease of life.
